At AMR Research, our unique commitment to client service differentiates us from our competitors, and our unique commitment to the work-life balance of our employees distinguishes our culture from that of other companies. We believe in hard work and foster a friendly, collaborative work environment that focuses on teamwork, passion, service, and fun. In 2006 we were named a finalist for the Perfect Balance Award, “celebrating companies who have successfully instituted an innovative employee health and wellness program.”
AMR Research is also committed to helping those in need in our community. Throughout the year our Corporate Philanthropy Committee organizes food and clothing drives and requests donations and volunteers for worthy causes. Previous philanthropy recipients include The Greater Boston Food Bank, Pine Street Inn, Project Smile, The Jimmy Fund, and Reader to Reader.
In addition to our employee-driven corporate philanthropy, AMR Research is a sponsor of the Boston Ballet. This sponsorship of passionate artists and performers reminds us of the passion we strive for in our work every day.

History
AMR Research was founded as Advanced Manufacturing Research in 1986 in Chicago by President and CEO Tony Friscia. The company moved to Massachusetts in 1987. A California office was opened in 1996, and another in London in 1999. Our name was changed to AMR Research in 1997 to better reflect our continued expansion into industries other than manufacturing.
